Does your computer charger ever only work for certain plugs?

I don’t know why but my charger only repsonds to certain plugs. It’s weird because it’s sort of new and I know it’s the charger because of the light on it. When the light is lit the charger works but when its not it doesn’t work. I believe my computer battery is running low though but IDK. Any ideas does yours ever do that?

Assuming you’ve checked more than two wall power-outlets:

Check to make sure the cable is pushed all the way into the charger

Otherwise the problem could be the charger or the battery, it’s hard to say. The problem is not likely the two lengths of the power cable, unless there are obvious kinks or cuts in them. When the power light is on, pick up the cable and twist and turn it a bit- If the power light turns off then you know the problem is not the battery, but rather the cord or connection.
